G-SQUARE consists of two properties: previously leased to NIKE and CONVERSE. We worked extensively for three to four months with a big group of professionals in sub-dividing the approx. over 6000 sg ft shop into 25 units. All the units have now been leased out to local affordable fashion retailers selling goods from Korea, China, Japan, India to America. Human traffic in this place has been much better than we expected, and we are expecting an even greater flow of pedestrians to this part of the street in the near future.

As our company's vision in property investment is essentially to invest in prime locations for long-term purposes, our goal for this particular project is to build sustainable relationships with local fashion retailers. We cherish individual talents, and would like to create as much space as we could to accomodate them. Simultaneously, we add value to this particular fixed asset and have sucessfully gone a step forward in revitalising this particular street.
